Three men have been charged with the October fatal shooting of a 73-year old South Side man who police said was not the intended target.
The three were arrested Feb. 28 by officers from the Chicago Police Gang
Investigation Division after discovering vital information implicating them.
A 17-year-old boy was also initially arrested but was released without being
