Man fatally shot on the South Side

A man was pronounced dead today after he was shot this evening in the Brainerd neighborhood.
Police were called to the 1500 block of West 91st Street at about 6:15 p.m..
When police arrived they found a man in his 20s shot in the chest.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene
UPDATE:
When police arrived they found Michael Gillespie, 24, of shot in the chest.
Gillespie, of the 8300 block of South Peoria Avenue, was pronounced dead at 6:58 p.m. at Advocate Christ Medical Center
