Man critically wounded near Cabrini Green

A man was shot and critically wounded this morning near row houses near the old Cabrini Green housing project, police said.
The victim, a 22-year-old man, sustained a gunshot wound to the head around 1:40 a.m. in the 500 block of West Chestnut Street, police said.
He was rushed to Northwestern Memorial Hospital in critical condition, said Officer Hector Alfaro, a police spokesman.
