MAN SHOT DEAD IN WASHINGTON PARK
Slaying happened about 1:34 a.m. on the 300 block of East 60th Street in the Washington Park neighborhood.
Preliminary reports said a man, described as in his 20s, was shot multiple times in a drive-by. He was taken to the University of Chicago Hospital where he was pronounced dead, police said.
The victim was identified as Stephen Hill of the 2500 block of East 77th Street, according to a spokeswoman for the Cook County medical examiner's office.
