Man critically wounded in Back of the Yards drive-by

A man described as in his 30s, was critically wounded in an apparent drive-by shooting late Sunday night on the South Side in the city's Back of the Yards neighborhood.
The shooting happened shortly after 11 p.m. on the 4700 block of South Damen Avenue, police said.
The man was sitting in a parked vehicle when another car drove by and an occupant shot him several times, according to preliminary reports.
The man was taken in critical condition to Mount Sinai Hospital with multiple gunshot wounds to his body, police said.
As of 2:45 a.m., no one was in custody for the shooting.
