At about 6 a.m., a 31-year-old man died after his vehicle crashed on the
Southwest Side.
The
wreck happened at 6 a.m. in the 6700 block of South Cicero Avenue. The victim
was a male and, according to preliminary reports, the car ran into a pole.
The man was identified as Rene Vasquez of the 2900 block of West 38th Place
