Man found fatally stabbed in South Side alley
A man believed to be in his 20s was found this morning lying dead in an alley with
apparent lacerations to his throat in the city's Gresham neighborhood.
Shortly before 7:30 a.m., officers were alerted to an alley on the 7600 block
of South Carpenter Street.
A man was found with apparent lacerations to his throat.
Officials have opened a homicide investigation
