A 26-year-old man has died and a second man was injured after they were shot this
afternoon in the North Kenwood neighborhood.
The shooting was reported at 4:57 p.m. on the 4500 block of South Woodlawn
Avenue.
He was shot multiple
times and was pronounced dead at Northwestern Memorial Hospital at 5:56 p.m.
He was found in a vehicle. A second man, also in his 20s, was
shot in the foot and was in good condition. A third victim, an 18-year-old man was shot in the stomach and taken to
Northwestern Memorial Hospital where his condition had stabilized
