An 84-year-old man died after being pulled from Lake Michigan northeast of Navy Pier this evening.
Crews were called about 8:50 p.m. and pulled a male victim from the water, then took him to Northwestern Memorial Hospital in serious condition.
The man later died.
He was believed to have jumped into the lake off Navy Pier about 8:46 p.m.,

I am sorry that your you feel your life expectancy is so low but you really make valid points. Maybe if Our Government , not speaking of Mr. President but the entire legislate that is sending billions of dollars in aid to foreign soil opposed to keeping their promise to Our people that need help desperately . I can see helping other Nations a little but really its gone to far - Charity starts at home - try not to look so bleak at the situation. Rwanda was a tragedy that the entire World Ignored-, my head hangs in shame.
