A 14-year-old boy was arrested after he dropped a silver and black handgun while crossing North Michigan Avenue.
As two police officers watched near Chicago Avenue, the boy bent down and picked up the gun from the median and tucked it into his waistband late Thursday afternoon
The officers arrested him and he was cited in a juvenile petition with unlawful use of a weapon, police said. The boy spent the night at the Juvenile Detention Center

WTF is a 14 year old doing with a gun? And I'd like to see a story where the writer actually interviews the parents or parent on issues like this to see what they are doing to curtail and prevent their kids from behaving irresponsibly. This is just getting way out if control. Lock his young azz up for a few years
How many people did this kid kill with that gun, blacks teach there kids at 10 to carry
