12-year-old shot multiple time on West Side
A 12-year-old boy was shot in both arm and neck in the Little Village neighborhood this afternoon.
The boy was in the 2800 block of West 23rd Street when he was shot in the arm about 3 p.m.
The boy's condition was stabilized at a local hospital
