The body of a man was pulled out of a lagoon at Marquette Park this morning.
The Chicago Police Marine Unit was called to the park on the 6700 block of
South Kedzie Avenue after someone spotted the body in the water.
The Cook County Medical Examiner's office was notified that the body of a man
was recovered from the water and that paramedics had pronounced him dead at 8:50
a.m..
An autopsy today found a man whose body was pulled from a Marquette Park lagoon
Friday morning was stabbed to death.
, He has since been identified as Julius Campbell, 14, of the 5900 block of South Artesian Avenue in the Chicago Lawn neighborhood
