Two men dragged a woman into a Little Village alley but she was able to
escape a sexual assault last night when two other men intervened.
The woman was grabbed from behind about 10 p.m. Friday near the 2400 block of
South Homan Avenue by two men who carried her into an alley and attempted to
sexually assault her.
During the attack, two other men came on the scene and began arguing with the
two attackers, allowing the 20-year-old woman to escape,
The community alert described the first attacker as Hispanic, 5 feet 4 inches
and 130-140 pounds, with a light complexion. He was wearing a black hooded
sweater, blue baggy pants, a half ski mask and black gym shoes.
The second attacker was described as Hispanic, 5 feet 7 inches and 150-160
pounds, with a light complexion, police said. He was wearing a black hooded
sweater, black baggy pants, a half ski mask and black gym shoes.
