A man was shot and seriously wounded in the Dunning neighborhood this afternoon,
possibly after visiting the grave of a man originally shot more than a decade
ago.
The 28-year-old man was taken to Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center in
critical condition following the shooting in the 3700 block of North
Narragansett Avenue about 2:40 p.m.
Two people, members of a rival gang, are being questioned in the shooting and
another is being sought.
The man originally walked into Our Lady of the Resurrection Medical Center
with gunshot wounds to the abdomen and chest, and then was transferred Illinois
Masonic.
The victim was in the back seat of a car when another vehicle pulled up and
someone from the other vehicle began shooting at the car he was in, hitting the
man. Soon after the shooting, Grand Central District officers pulled
over a vehicle not far from the scene of the shooting, and took two from the
vehicle into custody,

As a public service I offer a little musical
intervention to soothe the savage beasts
of Chicongo:
In the jungle, the mighty jungle, the lion sleeps
tonight.
In the jungle, the quiet jungle, the lion sleeps
tonight.
Near the village, the peaceful village, the lion
sleeps tonight.
Near the village, the quiet village, the lion sleeps
tonight.
Hush my darling, don't fear my darling, the lion
sleeps tonight.
Hush my darling, don't fear my darling, the lion
sleeps tonight.
I dedicate the above to the savage, wild, blood
thirsty NIGGERS of Chicago.....who don't think
twice about killing 6 month old infants. I wish
