Man shot in Brighton Park

At about 2:30 a.m. a man was standing on the sidewalk in the 4600 block of South California Avenue was shot with thw bullet striking the man in the bicep and lower back.
The man managed to drive 15 blocks to the 3100 block of South California, where he was found by Police. Paramedics transported the man to Mount Sinai Hospital, where his condition was stabilized

24-year-old man shot in Back of the Yards

At about 2:30 a.m. in the Back of the Yards neighborhood, a 24-year-old man was shot in both thighs while walking in an alley.
The shooting happened in the 900 block of West 53rd Street, Alfaro said. The man was taken to John H. Stroger, Jr. Hospital of Cook County, where his condition was stabilized.
