Englewood shooting victim in critical condition Upate DOA
A shooting Saturday afternoon in the Englewood neighborhood on the South Side left one person in serious to critical condition, at least the seventh shooting victim since 12 a.m. Saturday.At 3:10 p.m. someone shot the male victim multiple times in the abdomen in the 5500 block of South Loomis Street, .
The victim was taken to John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital of Cook County in serious to critical condition.
Man shot in Back of the Yards
A separate shooting a few hours earlier in the Back of the Yards neighborhood left another victim shot in the abdomen and seriously wounded.Someone shot the male in the abdomen at 11:48 a.m. in the 4500 block of South Marshfield Avenue.
He was taken to John H. Stroger, Jr. Hospital of Cook County in serious condition
2 shot in Cragin
Saturday evening about 7:10 p.m., two people were injured in a shooting in the 5100 block of West Oakdale Avenue.A male was taken in critical condition to Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center with a gunshot wound to the back. The other victim was taken to the same hospital in good condition with a gunshot wound to the wrist.
The shooting happened in the Cragin neighborhood on the Northwest Side
