Police are seeking the public's help as they search for a man accused of fondling a young girl as she walked down a street in the Little Village neighborhood.
The man approached the 11-year-old girl from behind about 1:15 p.m. Saturday as she walked with a 3-year-old sibling in the 3000 block of South Millard Avenue.
He pulled down the girl's pants and underwear and fondled her buttocks. The girl screamed, and the attacker ran off.
Police describe the man as a white hispanic 25 to 35 years old, 5'04'' to 5'06'', 190 to 200 pounds, with a medium complexion and dark-colored, wavy hair. He has moles or freckles and was seen wearing a blue baseball cap, a blue button-up coat and blue jeans

Little Village has a lot of little kids who a lot of times walk around unsupervised, and there are a lot of pedophiles, drunks and sex craved men, be considerate and keep an eye on your kids.
