16 year old boy, man shot dead in Garfield Park
A 16-year-old boy and a 32-year-old man are the latest victims of gun violence after being shot dead on a West Side street this afternoon.
Officers responded to a call of a person shot in the 4200 block of West Congress Parkway and found the two lying dead outside on the ground
