Man shot in Lower West Side
A male walked into John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital of Cook County with a gunshot
wound to the back. He was shot in the 1800 block of West 23rd Street about 4:25
a.m.

I was up at the time and it sounded like 13 to 15 gun shots. The shooting happened at 4:16 exactly. I was surprised not to have heard an ambulance. That explains it.
