Man shot dead in Englewood

A man was killed in the 5600 block of South Shields Avenue about 4 a.m. He was found unresponsive at the scene. Police blocked off much of the street, where at least two dozen casings stretched from one side of the street to the car where the man was killed. At least six shots hit the windshield.
