Man found murdered in Gage Park

A man was found dead in a South Side backyard.
A man, who police described as in his 20s, was found lying in a backyard of a building in the city's Gage Park neighborhood.
Officers were called about 12:51 p.m. to the 5500 block of South Albany Avenue and found a man lying in a yard near an alley.
The man, who had a visible wound to his back, was declared dead at the scene by paramedics.
It was not immediately clear how the man suffered the wound
