Man, 32, fatally shot in Washington Park neighborhood

A 32-year-old man was shot and killed outside his home Monday night in the Washington Park neighborhood on the South Side.
The shooting happened in the 6000 block of South Michigan Avenue about 8:20 p.m..
Shortly after a group of males exited an apartment building, four males approached and at least one of the four started shooting.
The 32-year-old man was struck in his right forearm and chest and taken to Holy Cross Hospital.
The man, identified as James Holman, was pronounced dead at Holy Cross at 8:54 p.m.. Holman had lived at the same address as where the shooting took place.
