Burned man found in garbage was strangled

A man found burned in a trash can Tuesday night in the Logan Square neighborhood was strangled and his death was ruled a homicide.
An autopsy today found Rodolfo Hernandez-Bey, 39, was strangled and his death was ruled a homicide.
Hernandez-Bey was found burned and dead on the scene in a garbage can at 9:20 p.m. in the 3100 block of North Central Park Avenue.
Hernandez-Bey, of the 6100 block of North Harding Avenue, was identified through fingerprint analysis.
