25-year-old man shot in Rogers Park

At 12:10 a.m. this morning, a 25-year-old man was shot in the right thigh during a sidewalk fight in the 2800 block of West Howard Street in the West Rogers Park neighborhood. The man was taken to Saint Francis Hospital in Evanston, where his condition was stabilized
