The city should start installing Ghost heads as memorials at all homicide scenes. The ghost head could be hung on the nearest city light pole. After all, after the Police finish investigating the scene, wash down the blood and remove the crime scene tape it looks like nothing ever happened there. (Out of sight, out of mind.) The ghost head could act as a reminder of the kind of City and neighborhood we live in. It would also be a great tourist attraction, which could consist of bus tours of all the ghost heads. Just think of all the tax and tourist dollars. And all it would take would be a $5 Styrofoam wig head, a permanent maker and a bit of string. Who's in?

'Ghost bike' memorial honors bicyclist in fatal crash. What a great idea the city should start installing Ghost heads as memorials at all homicide scenes
Friends and cyclists gathered Friday to install a ghost bike memorial — a bike
spray-painted white from spokes to handlebars — at the corner of Oak and Wells
Street near where Neill Townsend was killed two weeks ago.

It could be like those tobacco ads
That is a good idea
The bus tours seem a bit morbid though....
I'm in!
Cop humor...what a defense mechanism
