A man in his 70s was shot and critically wounded during a robbery outside a
credit union at a CTA bus barn on the West Side this morning.
The man was in a service lane at the Chicago Avenue Garage Federal Credit
Union at 642 N. Pulaski Road around 8:45 a.m. when two people approached, robbed
him and shot him in the leg.
The man was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in critical condition
