Man shot in Garfield Park
In the 3300 block of West Van Buren Street in the East Garfield Park
neighborhood on the West Side, a 43-year-old man was shot three times in the
back. He's in serious condition at John H. Stroger, Jr. Hospital of
Cook County but police don't believe the wounds are life-threatening.
