Emanuel (agent for the sinister "The New World Order) wants to make Chicago more immigrant-friendly

Mayor Rahm Emanuel wants to put a long standing Chicago practice on the books to ensure that police detain only undocumented immigrants who are suspected or convicted criminals.
The symbolic ordinance Emanuel proposed Tuesday would allow city police to turn over to federal agents undocumented immigrants who are wanted on a criminal warrant or who have been convicted of a serious crime, but not others.

In case you never knew- Most of the rules of the New World Order basically call for the creation of a world government (No borders or individual sovereign nations), ruled by an “enlightened few”, who would regulate all aspects of human life, including faith, social duties, economy, etc. This idea is far from new, as it has been entertained by Mystery schools for centuries

As you can see, the guidelines call for a drastic reduction of the world population, the adoption of new a world language, the creation of a world court and a vague allusions to eugenics. In other words, a blueprint for a New World Order.
