Man shot dead in Austin
Daniel Dilce, 35, died at Stroger
Hospital after he was about 12:30 a.m. in the 1300 block of North Lorel
Avenue in the North Austin neighborhood on the West Side.
Dilce was sitting in a car across from his home when someone walked up and
started shooting, authorities said. He was pronounced dead at Stroger about 2:15
a.m.
