A man was shot and wounded across the street from Kennedy-King College this
afternoon.
The 18-year-old man was shot in both legs in the 6400 block of South Halsted
Street about 2:15 p.m..
The address where the man was shot is across the street from Kennedy-King
College, 6301 S. Halsted.
The man was taken to John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital, where his condition had
stabilized
