22-year-old man in shot Calumet Heights neighborhood

At about 10:30 p.m., a 22-year-old man was shot about a half hour before that in the Calumet Heights neighborhood. He was in the the parking lot of a Burger King restaurant on 95th Street about a block east of South Stony Island Avenue when someone drove up, shot him in the back, and drove away. He tried to drive away but later parked his car and had friends drive him to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn. The Burger King was open at the time. He was the only one wounded.
