19-year-old man was shot in Little Village
About 1:00 a.m., a 19-year-old man was shot in the 4000 block of West 31st Street. he was shot
in the neck and is at Mount Sinai Hospital. He was standing alone when someone
shot him from the back seat of a passing SUV. Someone drove him to
the hospital
