One of two men seriously injured in a crash on Interstate 57 Thursday after
police say they robbed a Beverly Woods gourmet popcorn shop has been charged in
the heist.
Charged with armed robbery with a firearm is Robin Walker, 33, of the 8000
block of S.
South Shore Drive.
The robbers walked into Let’s Get Poppin at 11718 S. Western Ave. around 1 p.m.
Thursday and took a couple of hundred dollars
