Joe Sneed of the 700 block of North Central Park Avenue, was charged with one count of aggravated DUI, improper U-turn, not having a driver's license, no insurance, driving under the influence of alcohol and aggravated DUI resulting in bodily harm.
About 7:24 p.m. on May 23, Sneed struck a motorcyclist on the 3700 block of West 16th Street.
The motorcyclist, identified as Buvern Francisco, 33, of the 1800 block of South Hamlin Avenue, was pronounced dead at 8:03 p.m. at Mount Sinai Hospital, according to the Cook County medical examiner's office. A woman passenger on the motorcycle, who was 10 weeks pregnant, suffered a spleen injury and a broken pelvis
