18 year old shot in Grand Crossing

A male, possibly 18 years old, was shot near the corner of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive and 75th Street about 9:30 p.m. in the Greater Grand Crossing community. The man stepped out of a car near a bus shelter and was shot multiple times in the leg, police said. His girlfriend drove him to the University of Chicago Medical Center but he was transferred to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he's in good condition
