18-year-old shot in the Hermosa neighborhood
An 18-year-old man was also shot, about 8:16 p.m., in the Hermosa neighborhood on the Northwest Side.
The shooter was walking down an alley in the 2300 block of North Kostner Avenue when he saw the 18-year-old and shot him, Zala said. The victim is in good condition at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center.
The offender fled on foot.
