A South Shore man was killed and a second person injured during a head-on collision in the Calumet Heights neighborhood this afternoon.
Daniel Tate, 56, was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn where he was pronounced dead at 2:33 p.m.
The wreck happened in the 1800 block of East 95th Street, according to the spokesman.
