Man wounded in shooting on South Side

A man was wounded this morning in a shooting in the Burnside neighborhood on the South Side.
The shooting happened shortly before 11 a.m. in the 9200 block of South Cottage Grove Ave..
The man was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn with a gunshot wound to his leg.
