Man wounded in West Side shooting
A man described as in his 20s was wounded this afternoon in a shooting on the West Side in the city's East Garfield Park neighborhood.
The shooting happened about 12:36 p.m. on the 3800 block of West Jackson Boulevard.
The man suffered a wound to his leg and was taken in good condition to Mount Sinai Hospital.
