Man shot in chest in Chicago Lawn
A man was hospitalized this morning after being shot in the chest in the Chicago Lawn neighborhood on the Southwest Side, police said.
The man was shot at about 5:15 a.m. in the 5900 block of South Washtenaw Avenue, police News Affairs Officer Michael Sullivan said.
He was transported to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn
