Carjacking victim shot in leg

A 19-year-old man was shot in his leg during a carjacking on the 3800 block of West Maypole Avenue in the city’s East Garfield Park neighborhood.
The man was parking his car when three other men walked up, opened the door, pulled him out, shot him in the leg and took his Pelle Pelle jacket and his 2000 Pontiac Bonneville.
