About 7,000 pounds of marijuana worth an estimated $20 Million was confiscated today by police from a West Englewood warehouse.
The marijuana was found bundled and hidden among pallets of cilantro im the warehouse in the 2100 block of West 74th Street.
Police were acting on an anonymous tip when the arrived at the warehouse and spoke with the warehouse's owner who told them he was not aware of any illegal activity.
After the owner allowed officers to search the building they found the marijuana among the herbs.
