A man was shot in the chest dies

A man was shot in the chest and died on the West Side early Sunday morning.
 man pulled a gun on the victim during an argument about 2:15 p.m. on the 1700 block of North Central Avenue in the North Austin neighborhood, police said. Kyle Matthews, 32 died after being shot in the chest
