35-year-old man shot in the 8200 block of South East End

A 35-year-old man exchanged words with someone who later ambushed him in the alley in the 8200 block of South East End Avenue in the Stony Island Park neighborhood, police said. The man, shot about 5:15 p.m. on Friday, was shot twice in his leg and was transported to Northwestern Memorial Hospital in stable condition
