Chicago police seek strongarm robber on South Side

Chicago police are looking for a man who robbed a woman after she had withdrawn money from an ATM at a South Side store.
The incident happened about 4:05 a.m. in the 300 block of West Garfield Boulevard in the Fuller Park neighborhood, according to a community alert issued by Chicago police News Affairs. The victim had just completed her transaction at the ATM, according to the release, when a man "took her money by force."
An image of the offender was captured on from surveillance video. He is described as a male black with a dark complexion, 25-35 years, standing 5 feet 7 inches to 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing 230-260 pounds, and wearing a black T-shirt, black jeans and black gym shoes.
