3 dead in crash on Bishop Ford

Jermaine Garner was riding with Latoya Williams, 34, and Derrick Young, 19 when their Cavalier stopped in the southbound lanes of the Bishop Ford near 130th Street about 3 a.m. this morning.
The car was in the center lane, its lights off, when it was hit by a Toyota Highlander.
