A 21-year-old man was shot in the head in the Cragin neighborhood late Saturday.
At 10:21 p.m., a man was driving west in a van in the 5000 block of West Altgeld Street when a male approached on foot and shot at the van, according to a police report.
The man suffered a gunshot wound to his head and drove himself to a hospital. He was listed in stable condition at Our Lady of the Resurrection Medical Center, the release said.
