16 year old shot in Logan Square neighborhood

The boy was standing on the 1700 block of North Springfield Avenue just after 9 p.m. on Friday in the city’s Logan Square neighborhood when a man walked up, shouted gang slogans, pulled a gun and opened fire.
He was shot in the arm and leg and is in good condition at Mount Sinai Hospital.

Man, 61, beaten, robbed of bike- the ghetto wilding continues

A 61-year-old man was seriously injured tonight when he was beaten by three males and robbed of his bicycle on the West Side in the city's Humboldt Park neighborhood.
The robbery happened about 7:15 p.m. on the 3800 block of West Grand Avenue.
 Preliminary reports said the man was robbed and assaulted by a group of three males.

Another person shot in Humbolt Park nieghborhood

12 a.m. this morning, a 23-year-old man was shot in the 1200 block of Avers Avenue in Humboldt Park on the West Side. The man was in a 2004 Chevrolet Malibu with three women that was just pulling away from the curb when an unknown offender ran towards the vehicle and fired multiple shot.
The victim, a passenger in the car, was hit once in the upper thigh and once in the stomach; the driver of the car took him to the Hospital. The victim's condition was serious but had stabilized.

A man described as in his 30s was shot in the city's Humboldt Park neighborhood on the West Side, officials said.
The shooting happened about 8 p.m. on the 3700 block of West Grand Avenue.

15 YR SHOT

At about 3 p.m. paramedics transported the fourth gunshot victim to Mount Sinai Hospital in serious-to-critical condition, according to a spokesman with the Chicago Fire Department. The boy, 15, was shot in the buttocks on the 3900 block of West Wabansia Avenue in the Hermosa neighborhood, police said.
