24-year-old man shot in South Shore
At about 12:10 a.m. a 24-year-old man was shot inside a convenience store in the
2600 block of East 79th Street.
The man was shot by a gunman who had walked inside with a female and fired
shots. He was struck in twice in the thighs and once in the abdomen
and taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital, where his condition was stabilized.
