Detectives launched a homicide investigation Sunday evening after a
31-year-old Southwest Side woman died of an apparent cut wound to the throat.
Police responding to a call for a well-being check found Lady Diana Sanabria
unresponsive about 7:30 p.m., inside her apartment in the 4400 block of South
Richmond Street, in the Brighton Park neighborhood.
She was declared dead at 7:59 p.m., according to the Cook County medical
examiner's office.
Police said the killing may have been related to domestic dispute.
